Our Major Developments
HARMON COVE - SECAUCUS, NJ

In 1969, Hartz Mountain acquired what was a 750-acre tract of barren land in the New Jersey Meadowlands municipality of Secaucus, NJ. The land was considered by many to be too difficult to build upon.
