Building features include 36’ clear ceiling heights, an ESFR sprinkler system, wide column spacing, and heavy floor loads. This property increased Hartz’ presence on Lower Road to 3 buildings and over 600,000 fully occupied square feet along the busy Route 1 and NJ Turnpike corridor of Union County.
